We are experienced landlords that live within a few miles of this property and plan to be very engaged in management of this property. We just purchased this place on Friday, February 3rd and currently we are completely remodeling the 1st floor unit. There are six total rooms including a bathroom, nice sized eat in kitchen, dining room, two larger bedrooms and a nice sized living room. The bathroom will be completely remodeled similar to the pictures in this post with dark wood grain tile floors, new fixtures, and white trim and grey walls. The kitchen will also have the same color scheme as the bath and tile flooring with new white appliances including a dishwasher AND subway tile back splashes. The dining room will also have the same tile and off white walls but also features two original built in cabinets (pictured). The rest of the rooms (bedrooms and living) will have the same wall color and new dark tan carpet installed. We will also be installing new ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms prior to the new tenant taking occupancy. The walls will be painted a neutral color and all the original large trim will remain white. There is a shared fenced in back yard and street parking in the front of the home. The basement is shared with the upstairs tenant and there will be washers and dryers provided for each unit along with lockable storage. We understand that this listing is unique in that we don't have pictures of the inside of the unit completed. However, we have included a few pictures of our other rental properties that showcase the type of finishes we prefer to have in our units and craftsmanship that will be part of this unit. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including trash, water and sewer. The property has a new gas water heater and furnace so the gas bills should be very reasonable.
