My name is Mason and I'm looking for roommates to fill the 2 available rooms in the townhouse I rent in Eastown / East Hills neighborhood of Grand Rapids, MI. We'd be splitting a 12-month lease 3 ways starting July 1st. The rent is $670 per month + utilities (electricity, gas, internet, trash: about $70 - $90 a month) There are two available rooms that we're trying to fill. IMPORTANT: Double rent is due for the first month ($670 is the deposit, $1340 is to be paid on move-in date). -The landlords will run a background check and a credit check on any potential renter -digital application process About the House: Lower floor -living room -dining room -kitchen w/ a fridge and a gas range stove -Each lower floor common room has large windows with excellent ventilation/air flow and natural lighting -restored hardwood floors Upper floor -3 bedrooms, each with windows and spacious closets -1 shared bathroom, featuring a luxurious clawfoot tub w/ showerhead Ammenties: -large Michigan basement w/ washer & dryer + ample storage space -garage & off-street parking -front yard w/ flower beds -back yard w/ a grill, patio furniture, and fire pit -vegetable & herb garden beds on the side of the house -Independent landlords Pets: the landlords are generally not wild about pets, but their position has been: -NO DOGS whatsoever, no exceptions. -ONE CAT is a big MAYBE, so long as they're cleanly and well-behaved.
