This rental comes with a fully furnished bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There will be another tenant living in the other room and you will be sharing the washer/dryer, living room, balcony, and kitchen. Each tenant has their own bathroom. You will have access to the gym and pool areas. Must complete an interview with the association and landlord. Looking for a responsible, clean tenant who will make on-time payments. There will be a male (who is clean and respectful) tenant living in the other room and I am preferably looking for a female tenant. Upon interest, you will need to interview with myself and the association for background check and to gather information and sign the lease agreement.
