We have enjoyed this home for the last 11 years. The home comes with 4.45 Acres m/l. The home needs some TLC. New septic when we took ownership. All new plumbing in the home. Xenia water. There is also a well in the back yard. All the windows that we have not replaced yet for the home have been purchased and are stored in the garage for someone willing to complete the remodel process. This area is great and the neighbors have been very nice. The community is awesome to be a part of. Only reason on leaving the home is I have relocated due to my job. Home is being sold "as-is".
