I am looking for someone to take my bedroom/bathroom in this clean, modern Lexington Park apartment, which is when immediately. Due to job circumstances, I am relocating and need someone to take over the remainder of my lease, which will end in July 2018. The second bedroom/bathroom is currently occupied by my roommate, who is an attorney and very clean and friendly. He has a very sweet and friendly cat. The apartment has a large full kitchen, a large living room and dining area, several closets for storage space, and a washer and dryer in unit. There is a dedicated parking lot with ample spaces, and there is a leasing office with a 24-hour gym, pool, volleyball court, and business center. Water/sewage are included in the rent price, but internet and power are not and average about $75 per month per roommate.
