Small pets may be allowed with prior approval of Landlord. The condominium is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors and do not have any loud parties. The garage is a tight fit for two vehicles, but the driveway will accommodate two vehicles. No parking is allowed on the street, but overflow parking areas are available down the street from the condominium.
