Home is 25 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from the beaches, downtown Tampa, Historic Ybor, and Busch Gardens; 1 1/2 hour from Orlando, and only 10 minutes from the clothing optional resorts. One small dog 25lbs. or less may be considered. No Cats. Water, electricity, Roku, trash, and lawn care are included. Park amenities included: Heated pool, hot tub, recreation, clubhouse facility, and social activities.
