Fabulous stainless gas stove, black dishwasher and almond colored refrigerator. Washer/Dryer available in unit but can be removed if you have your own. Coin operated washer dryer in every building. Water/trash & sewer are paid by the owner- resident pays gas and electricity. It has gas heat and a gas stove. Electric lights and AC. The building has an outside locked entry door with an intercom system. One reserved parking space per unit- Plenty of additional parking on the property in any non marked space. This condo is vacant and is ready for a new resident. It has been painted, cleaned and the carpeting cleaned. We can hold up to three weeks so you will need to take possession on or before three weeks from the day we receive your application (you must sign lease agreement within 48 hours of being approved). The office is open Monday and Friday from 9:30 to 5 and Wednesday's from 9:30-12. You are welcome to stop by and take a look at 2164 H during office hours- please follow the instructions on the front door of the office which says to call the number provided for the office- let her know you are there to see 2164 H and she will bring keys out to you. If you are unable to be there during those hours please email KPM and we can make arrangements to meet you and show it. Owner allows cats with a $200.00 pet deposit. We also allow any service animal or emotional support animal with proper paperwork turned into the Enclave Condo Association prior to moving in for approval. Owner pays water, trash and sewer, resident pays gas and electric. Off street parking- each condo has one reserved parking space and there are many additional unmarked parking spaces available. $40.00 application fee per person- we require good rental history, good credit and must make between 3-4 times the monthly rental amount-gross.
