You will be sharing the apartment with two nice, busy female students/professionals with zero bad habits except love for chocolate. :) The apartment is steps to the Avenue U station (Q, B trains) and is an easy commute to downtown and midtown. Walking distance to subway, buses, shops, green markets, just to name a few: Stop&Shop, Netcost Market, and fabulous restaurants along the Sheepshead Bay Canal. Brighton and Manhattan beaches are within 5 min drive. To move in, first month and two months security deposit $2400 (no interest) are required.
