    Palisades School District We purchased our home in 2022 and have been working on updates since. We're moving out of state for work and are looking for a tenant that will take care of and enjoy our home as much as we do. It's in a great location close to the Saucon Rail Trail, Route 309 and Coopersburg Borough. Very peaceful and quiet with large mature trees lining the road and newly installed gardens and small trees throughout the back yard, with two patios for entertaining, one with a lighted pergola. Lots of room inside with a large den and main floor laundry room, perfect for a family. Den has a propane insert in the fireplace. There are technically 4 bedrooms, but one is small and you need to walk through to get to two of the other bedrooms. This small room is currently set-up as TV room. We installed a 30ft above ground salt water pool and will negotiate use/care terms. There's a large workshop and garage that's can also be negotiated. We're looking for a tenant to move-in 01-May-2026. Nice pets are all allowed and the front yard is fenced-in yard for your dogs to play. There's a cat door installed for cats to access the basement. The price listed is for the unfurnished space, but can be rented as furnished for $3400/month. Additional Pricing Information: Pool use: +$50/month Full Garage use: +$150/month; 1/2 of garage can be provided at no additional cost Full Garage and Workshop use (emptied): +$500/month (owner plans on using for storage, so this increases operating costs); if renting house furnished, no additional cost, but will have owner's large equipment and supplies remaining, but not available for use.
