2 Private furnished rooms (on main level and finished basement level). Main level carpeted bedroom boasts a modern queen bed set with dresser and bedside table. The room is complete with a relaxing, comfy chair and a television. This room is right next to a full bath. The basement level room has a fireplace and a king-sized bed! This bedroom has access to an entrance and is near a half-bath. Amenities include: Multiple Streaming Options (Netflix, BET+, Max, and more .) Washer/Dryer Fully Furnished Bedroom (king-sized bed, television, vanity, fireplace, TV stand) Kitchen/Living room access Backyard access with Gazebo, charcoal grill, propane grill, and fire pit Keypad door entry Responsibilities: Keep your bedroom clean. Clean up after yourself when using common areas. Take out trash in the kitchen and bathrooms if needed. Keep the bathrooms clean. Rules: Overnight guests are allowed, but not more than 2 nights per week or rent will be doubled to account for the guest. Firearms must be locked and safe since I have small children. No pets. Smoking is allowed downstairs and outside. Please report all damage immediately. Quiet hours are: 9 PM to 5 AM on Sundays through Thursdays. 2 AM to 7 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. 7 AM to 3:30 PM Mondays through Fridays are my workdays, so when I am working, there are also quiet hours.
