At the time of booking, the first month?s rent, cleaning fee, hot tub fee (if applicable), service fee, damage fee and security deposit are all due. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Late fees are applied on the 5th. Utilities (gas and electric) are not included in price. For 6+ month rentals, utilities will be put in your name with the utility companies for the duration of your stay.
