Indoors: Comfortable, clean, spacious, with gorgeous views! (I also say beautiful, but I'm biased.) Outdoors: great walking area! (Walk to Little Italy, Balboa Park, Embarcadero, Hilcrest, Seaport Village.) I truly LOVE this place, but don't want to seem biased so I just say if my top 5 reasons for thinking this is an amazing place are 5 things that you value and enjoy also, please call, come take a look! I'm flexible with scheduling around people's work schedules. You wont get a phone tree or recording, you talk to me. Prefer text? I usually reply within minutes unless I'm asleep or in water. Want to talk to previous tenants or guests that can give you honest feedback, let me know. I am looking for someone who will enjoy living in a great location, takes pride in their space, is kind, considerate, and easygoing... and of course responsible. Zillow says more property details: The livingroom has bay windows with GORGEOUS views of the sunset, the landing strip, the Embarcadero/Bayfront, and downtown. It also has a great comfy, electronic, reclining leather loveseat that probably is laced with Nyquil because it knocks me out! The smart TV was bought last year. The "entertainment cart" has a microwave, popcorn, and morning or evening drink prep supplies... sounds pretty entertaining to me! The kitchen looks minimalist but has a variety of pots, pans, electric griddles, InstaPot, dinnerware, flatware, and storage containers.... enough to satisfy many of my amateur chef friends. It has a full sized fridge and gas stove, and surprisingly a good amount of storage. I start you off with a supply of spices, dry goods, linens, paper goods, etc. The bedroom is spacious, has a super comfy bed, room darkening curtains, desk, storage, & drawers. The bathroom has a nice deep tub in case you want to pamper yourself with a bubble bath, and a rainshower for quicker pampering. There is also a walk in closet with plenty of space for suitcase storage or LOTS of clothes, (the size of a NY apartment.) What are you looking for in an apartment? In a landlord? Want a tour? I'm happy to do virtual or in person. No smoking allowed. Owner pays water, trash, sewer, gas, electric, and internet.... all as long as it is used RESPONSIBLY. Shorter term stays will automatically be charged a cleaning fee. Long term stays are eligible for discount. This is a second story unit so looking for someone that can be respectful of the downstairs neighbor.
