I have been maintained very well, my owner loves me and how close I am to Lake Superior, Castle Danger Brewery, restaurants, parks and paved walking trails, she smiles every time she comes home. I have had a face lift in the last year, she re-roofed the front porch last year, put 8 new windows in, new sump pump, brand new hot water heater, new garbage disposal, new plumbing throughout, new condensation pump in furnace, added another heat vent to the basement and painted me (inside and out!). I think I look darling! I have beautiful hardwood floors, a stunning wood banister and the sun porch holds a special place in her heart, it keeps her so warm even in the depths of a Minnesota winter.
