Very close walking distance to downtown where all of the action is during the summer months. Sorry but no pets are allowed. There is no fencing to protect a dog or cat so please don't ask if we accept pets. We love pets and want them to be safe. They will not be safe here with no fence. Owner pays for water, sewer, garbage, lawn maintenance, pest control and snow removal in the winter months. The tenants car must be able to fit into the garage during winter months so that the driveway can be plowed. Otherwise, the snowplow driver can not plow the driveway and will leave.
