This is a quiet tree-lined street and the living room looks straight out into it. You get bright sunlight in the morning and the evenings are relaxing and quiet. The townhouse shares a wall with my own house, but has its own private entry, it's own garage, and its own washer/dryer. There's additional storage in the garage and in the hallway closet. When you walk in downstairs you enter a hallway that leads to the master bedroom. It has fresh, plush carpet. The bedroom itself leads to a comfortable study that could be used as a small guest bedroom or a library. The main house (where I live next door) has a pool, and the tenant will have shared access to this pool with some restrictions. What I'm looking for: I am looking for a considerate tenant. Nothing too crazy. Someone who is friendly. I do have kids, so it's important for this to not be any kind of issue. Owner pays for all utilities and internet (shared 1gig ATT connection). Pool rules: - no parties of greater than 4 people (apart from renters themselves). - 10pm cut off time. - no unsupervised kids - no glass near the pool - keep pool entrance door closed - let me know if you're in the pool area (via text). - Note: hot tub and pool heat controls are inside my side of the house
