We are a small 80-hom gated community in Central Florida close to both Orlando International and Orlando Sanford International airport. Almost exactly one mile from 417 Expressway, it is very convenient 25 minute commmute to Orlando, and a 15 minute commute to the UCF area as well as a 40-45 commute to the local theme parks.
