It's located in Atchison only a few minutes to downtown, the public library, the River Walk and a few minute's drive to Benedictine College. No pets. The apartment can be rented short term (less than 10 months) for $950 per month or $800 per month long term lease. We can do a 10 month lease for students but normally we do 12 month leases. Tenant pay electricity only. Landlord pays water, gas, WiFi, yard maintenance, building lights and trash pick up. Tenant has access to washers and dryers in the basement. No pets and no smoking on premises. There is parking available on both sides of the street.
