There are 2 assigned parking spaces. Absolutely NO PETS (not even small ones), and NO SMOKING! Maximum occupancy = 4 persons only. Excellent credit (700+) is required. For COVID safety, we require answering the following BEFORE scheduling any tour: (1) credit score, (2) annual income, (3) occupancy number, (4) pets. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant is responsible for all other expenses. There will be a $35 background/credit check fee if tenant does not have a current report.
