This is an older home that we have made many updates to. 2004 We refinished the hardwood floors in the Master bedroom, Hall, Living room, and the front bedroom. Also the front bedroom was completely renovated - new wiring, drywall, trim, and paint. 2006 we put a new metal roof on and upgraded the gas stove/oven in the kitchen. 2007 new heat/ac unit inside and out. 2008 back bedroom was renovated - new wiring, drywall, trim, paint, and laminate flooring. 2009 the bathroom is currently undergoing a renovation - new walls, tub, and sink.
