This home is an original Winchester mill house built in 1927, that is with in walking distance from the Winchester lake. When we bought the house we had the house lifted a foundation put under it, new windows and roof. It also has new electrical and plumbing. Fulley remodeled bathroom and living room. Dinning room is almost finished brand new laundry room. Kitchen master bathroom and small bedroom need to be finished the other bedroom we did for our daughter so it might need repainted bings how she asked for pink room. We added an attic ladder door for access. We bought flooring for the laundry room and kitchen but haven't put it in yet. We started on the sidding on the house but just don't have the time to finish it everything we bought for the house stays with the house. There is also 2 out building structure in the back yard one is a shead and the other is an older shop. Our contractor also put on the sump pump under the house. There is also a 4 foot crawl space.
