House was recently painted inside and outside. Has a utility room. A one-year lease is required. After a year, the lease becomes month-to-month unless the Tenant requires a new one-year lease. Water is paid by the Tenant, but is much cheaper than the bills in the city limits. Tenant is required to arrange trash removal (tenant selects a company to provide trash haul-off). Gas is provided by Atmos and is paid for by the Tenant. Electricity is paid by the Tenant to provider of Tenant's choice. Tenant is responsible for water, gas, & electric.
