As far as I can tell, there are no breed restrictions.I am willing to leave almost all of my furniture and some decor if you want it. This includes two bookshelves, a dresser, a coffee table and a few side tables, a double bed (which is only 4 years old with only two owners), an over-the-toilet rack, a desk, curtains and a number of rugs.
