This home is on a block with a cul-de-sac that backs up to Mason Rd. and has lots of children in a wide age range as well as retired couples who watch out for those of us who work outside our homes during the day. Everyone on the block knows everyone else's name. You must at least pretend to like the neighborhood Poodle, Gabriel. He's been in every house on the block at least once to say hello. The community has tennis and basketball courts and two pools - one on the north side of the neighborhood and one on the south side. The clubhouse is nice and well-maintained. There is an opportunity to be elected to the association board as not many people want to volunteer that much time. The dedicated folks who do so do their very best to maintain our subdivision as a place for families.
