It has a fully equipped kitchen with many amenities including a gas range and oven, full size fridge, crock pot, a Dutch oven, large and small skillets, toaster, cutting boards, spices, and some staples for your first night. We keep adding kitchen implements so there will likely be something new by the time you arrive. There's a second counter in the fridge nook. Sharp knives (and a sharpener), wine opener, can opener, bullet blender, etc, are included. While this apartment is on the third floor, the stairs are wide and safe, and the views are wonderful. The fresh breezes and extra-quiet away from the street make this a special apartment to consider. Custom cordless blinds in bedrooms and bath. Guest access Guests have access to the front entrance, hallway and entire apartment. Guests also have access to washer and dryer in the first floor hallway for your personal use. Next door is a garden with outdoor seating and plenty of seasonal flowers - let us know if you'd like a tour Summer-Fall. Other things to note A pack-n-play, high chair, baby bath, stroller, and toys are also available. Cleaning supplies like a vacuum live in the hallway by the laundry and are available 24 hours a day for your use. Cleaning services are available for an additional fee and advance notice. Utilities included: high-speed internet, heat, hot water, electric.
