The property is owner-occupied during June and July and is therefore unavailable during those months. Minimum stay required is 4 months. The home is pet-friendly for up to two preapproved animals. Cats and both small and large dogs may be considered with prior approval. Tenant must have the home and its appliances professionally clean upon move out and provide a paid receipt. No smoking. 2 pets are okay with owner approval. Non-refundable fee is $300 per pet. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
