Freshly painted house with new furniture and carpet. Ring security system protected. You are free to use the whole first-floor space (living, dining, kitchen, laundry, and lounge) except the office. Your bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor facing east with views of the front lawn. Utility included (water, electricity, waste, and wifi). Your deposit covers the first and last month of rent. For terminating the lease, we require 15 days of notice. For sub-leasing, you will need to find the renters who will take over the lease and there will be a $500 fee, but you can get your deposit back. Me and my husband are living in the house with a 6-month-old kitten as well. We work at home on the first floor. Occasionally bring friends to the house during weekends and holidays.
