The apartment is located close to Terry True Blood Park and sits on beautiful trails through prairie land. It's one of the few complexes in town that allows dogs. It's on the top floor (no noisy neighbors about you) with a great deck that overlooks a field of soybeans. This is the newest building in the complex, it has lovely pine cabinets, and the stove is an easy to clean ceramic top. I rarely hear our neighbors and would say it's a quiet complex. I've added some pictures of the area around the apartment that I took while walking my dog just the other day. I love feeling like I live in a park, but still being able to drive downtown in less than 10 minutes. Plus, the best HyVee in town is only 3 miles up the road.
