The current three residents are looking for one more tenant to fill the master bedroom for $990/month from 05/01/2026 to 06/30/2027. 1 month of security deposit + 1st month rent for move-in. The HOA fee is covered by the landlord. The utilities and internet are not included. The house comes with solar panel with electricity the tenant can use free of charge. In addition, the tenant is responsible for the weed in the front and backyard. The tenant must follow HOA rules and regulations. The tenant must also pay for the air filter replacement every three months. The landlord will handle the installation.
