This property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is fully furnished, and all utilities are included. It has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. There is also a hide-a-bed in the couch for visitors. It has a washer and dryer in the unit. Office desks in the great room. Very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The kitchen has all the appliances and dishes. Wifi is high-speed fiber and shared with the upstairs. Owner pays all utilities, high-speed wifi (shared) & city services. It is an apartment in our personal home. Sorry, no pets, because I am highly allergic to pet dander. It has lots of windows and light. Nine-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large gas barbecue on the patio, right by the kitchen. Small playhouse and swingset in a sandbox. Regular cleaning service available for a fee. It has all the appliances, dishes, etc. Larger washer and dryer. No smoking/ vaping or chewing tobacco anywhere on the property will be allowed. Parking on the driveway, and then there are open stairs down to the apartment. You can also temporarily park on the street, and then there are no stairs to the apartment.
