There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom. The property comes equipped with all functional and "appliances." There is a high storage shed in the backyard tucked in the corner so it does not take space away from the backyard. If you google this property, you will see that it is about 20 minutes away from SF city, 20 minutes away from Concord, CA and 20-25 minutes away from Vallejo, CA and Fairfield,CA. We do require a security deposit and the first and last months rent in order to rent this property. There is a renters application that anyone interested will have to complete and for that can just text us for that application, fill it out and send it back. Rent may increase or decrease but you will be given a notice of any changes ahead of time and no surprises. More discussion in person about who would be responsible for gas/electric/garbage and appliance maintenance and other issues that may arise and need fixing.
