It's wonderfully located on a quiet street near College and Shaw, and furnished nicely with art and designer furniture. Currently setup as one bedroom with a queen bed, one room with an office and a pull out sofa, and another room that we use as storage/office. If you don't need the third room, we'd happily negotiate a lower rate and use it as our own storage. We love to cook and the kitchen is very well stocked.
