It is a half a block down from Garces high school and OLPH church. It has kitchen, furnished with a microwave, small fridge, and a newer gas range. A bathroom, a large closet room, and a central living room/bedroom. A gas heater, and Large window AC unit. And currently i have a nice black leather manhattan style sofa in the main room. And a small amount of appliances can stay or go depending on if you need them or not. It's a perfect and quaint living space. Attached to it is a garage with on site laundry. I will have some more recent pictures up as well soon. Also note i am very interested in upgrading the floors to hardwood. This is an ideal rental with common sense requirements. I am seeking a tenant that is fiscally responsible with the capacity to pay. And also a drama free tenant as i myself am drama free. This means no fights, no drugs or heavy partying, no rudeness or anything of the like. I am very easy going and respectful myself.
