Maintenance and Repairs: The Landlord is responsible for keeping the premises in good repair and promptly making any necessary repairs that are not caused by the Tenant's negligence or intentional acts. Use of Premises: The premises shall be used solely for residential purposes and shall not be used for any illegal, hazardous, or destructive activity. Pets: N/A Smoking: There will be no smoking within the house Storage / Storm Shelter: Not included. Tenants will be granted access to basement with over 1500sqft of additional rooms / free storage. Entry by Landlord: The Landlord's agents shall have the right to enter the premises at reasonable times to inspect them, make repairs, or show them to prospective tenants or purchasers. The Landlord's agent will notify the Tenant before the visit. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
