Qualifications: *Monthly income must be at least 2x times the rent amount. *The credit score must be 680 or higher on their credit report to use that applicant's income to qualify. The renter is responsible for natural gas, garbage, electricity, other services. The deposit and first month's rent are due at signing. No smoking is allowed. Up to two small pets are allowed with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet. The tenant is to abide by all HOA rules of the community.
