Radiant floor heating and gas fireplace takes the edge off of the cold, mountain winters. Fully furnished with all amenities you will need to feel at home! Tenants are encouraged but not required to bring their own bedding and towels. Due to the unique setting of this property and complex septic system, we cannot accommodate larger groups/families. In addition, the property has many intriguing, yet potentially dangerous areas surrounding it and is not a good environment for children. Please reach out regarding any questions about this. PLEASE NOTE: Tenant(s) MUST have experience dealing with snow/ice conditions! We do have someone plow the main driveway when accumulation is at least two inches; however, tenants are also responsible for snow removal. Snow shovels and a battery-operated snow blower are provided. An all-wheel drive vehicle is necessary to access the lower driveway when snow/ice-covered. In extreme weather conditions, if the driveway is mostly ice or slick snowpack, tenants will need to park in the upper driveway adjacent to the county road and walk to the lower level and chalet (takes 30-45 seconds). If you are not comfortable dealing with snow removal and/or walking on unlevel, patchy snow and ice, this would NOT be a good fit for you. * Owner pays all utilities including electricity, propane (heating) and WiFi. Water is provided by well. There is no garbage service so tenants must haul garbage to local convenience site, approximately one mile from property. * NO PETS * NO SMOKING
