I have moved my mother to Boise in a single level home. She can no longer manage in this tri-level home. My parents lived here for 50 years. The home is solid and needs no structural renovations. This is a corner lot. School buses for elementary, junior and high school come right to the corner... your kids could wait inside until the bus comes and you could see they made it on and off. Excellent location: close to Nampa-Caldwell Blvd., freeway, Fred Meyer's, Lion Park and churches. The city pool and Lion Park are two blocks away. My parents always purchased a swim pass for us kids and we could walk there everyday!! I am selling as the owner..... If you are a realtor or investor, save yourself the time and DO NOT call me.
