Parking allows for up to 4 cars in the front and 1 car at the side of the property, however no parties are permitted in the house. Town noise ordinance is 10pm. Wifi, streaming and water are included in the rental price. If inquiring about a lease over 6 months, the renter will be responsible to the electric bill. Zillow application forms must be completed in order to qualify for the rental, owner will provide a rental agreement once both parties are happy with the terms.
