Buildings A, B and D are 2BR/1Bath, 900 square feet, include washer and dryer hook-ups, a dishwasher and are $1,040.00/month. Building C rents for $895.00/month, is 750 square feet and does not have washer/dryer hook-ups. The downstairs units in the C building do have a dishwasher, but the units upstairs do not. The upstairs units in the C building, however, do have a garbage disposal, whereas the downstairs units do not. Water and sewer are both included in all of the buildings.
