Hello, I have a cute 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house, downtown Palo Alto, two blocks from University Ave. My roomate is moving out, and I am seeking a new roomate male or female in the near future. I am a 35 year old single male, and my current roomate is a 34 year old single female. We are both working professionals in the area. Down to earth, easy going. We keep our home very clean and simple. I have all the basics, couch, flatscreen, kitchenware, coffee maker, bbq, etc. Kitchen is big, with all new appliances. House has central heat and AC controlled by bluetooth via Nest. I am open to additional furniture if need be. I am currently fostering a small 5 pound dog maltese, she is non-allergenic, full grown, fully house trained, and a delight to be around. Not sure how much longer i will have her. There is a washer and dryer in the home also. Rent is $1800/month plus half of utilities (appox $100 a month). Rent includes free resident parking pass, for street parking.
