Newly refinished home. Nice big back yard for BBQ's or the kiddos playing. This home is clean and comfortable. It's an older home but kept nice. Renter pays all utilities and cares for the lawn. Application is through Zillow with required credit check / background check and is non-refundable. It is best that you contact me and see the home in person with me before you pay for and fill out an application. I'd hate for you to pay if I'm already in discussion with someone. I take care of my renters and expect renters to take care of the place. Note: This house is currently listed for Sale on other sites. If it rents, I will remove it from being for sale. If it sells, I will remove it from being for rent. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No pets. No smoking anywhere in the house. Previous renter said his average electric bill was $100, highest gas bill last February was $70 and water/garbage is $40.
