I just leased a house in Cardiff. THIS IS NOT A SUBLEASE. I am looking for a roommate (someone between ages 25-35) to share a 1200sf furnished house with great ocean views. There is an easy walk to the beach, local restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers nearby. The room in discussion is 11'4x11'5 with a large closet and extra storage space, along with a garage you can store any extra items needed. The room also has its own private, external door connected to it if you do not wish to walk through the front door when returning home. There is plenty of street parking as well with 2 minutes to freeway access. There is an inclosed front porch space to store additional items like surfboards, bicycles, etc. There is a fully working kitchen area with a full height refrigerator, microwave, and electric stove/oven. The house is "original Cardiff architecture," but very well kept and in good condition. There is also an outdoor back deck facing the ocean. The living room, dining area, kitchen, back patio, and single bathroom are all common space. Utilities are included in monthly payments (gas & electric, sewer, water, internet/TV, garbage). Friends and Family welcome, I like to keep the house clean and in good shape at all times. Utilities are fully included in cost.
