The room also has its own private, external door connected to it if you do not wish to walk through the front door when returning home. There is plenty of street parking as well with 2 minutes to freeway access. There is an inclosed front porch space to store additional items like surfboards, bicycles, etc. There is a fully working kitchen area with a full height refrigerator, microwave, and electric stove/oven. The house is "original Cardiff architecture," but very well kept and in good condition. There is also an outdoor back deck facing the ocean. The living room, dining area, kitchen, back patio, and single bathroom are all common space. Utilities are included in monthly payments (gas & electric, sewer, water, internet/TV, garbage). Friends and Family welcome, I like to keep the house clean and in good shape at all times. Utilities are fully included in cost.
