Sunset Heights is a great neighborhood. We have an organized neighborhood assoiciation that is $25 annually (not required to join) and they provide a chipper service twice a year, yard debris clean up, phone tree, summer bbq. Homeowners take pride in their homes. There is a mix of stay at home parents, original home owners, lots of young families. We are close to both Portland and Beaverton, easy freeway access.
