Private room with large windows, its own Full private bathroom and walk- in closet inside room. Located on the 2nd floor of condo (4th floor in the building). Brand new carpet on 2nd floor and hardwood on the first floor. All new appliances (refrigerator, over- stove microwave, washer, dryer, and HVAC). No smoking allowed inside. I'm flexible on the duration of the lease. The internet provider is Xfinity and its been really reliable so far. And we have a cleaning service that comes once a month and cleans the condo and makes your bed if you leave them out fresh sheets. Also, in the pictures it shows there aren't curtains in the room but I did end up hanging curtains up. All utilities and fees are included with the rent each month.
