One pet is fine. No lease! Month to month rent. No BS fees! Apple Maps, being terrible like they are, shows the main house on street-view in 2021, before it was remodeled and landscaped. Place looks awesome nowadays One person only but the occasional guest is ok. One pet is ok but they HAVE to be quiet.
