It has been painted and is in the process of being cleaned, and we have a few maintenance items left to do. It will be ready on Monday, March 23, 2026. There are two generous bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. One has sliding glass doors to the patio, and the other has a bathroom. There is a hallway bath right outside the bedroom with the sliding glass doors. The patio faces the green space and has a 3x7 storage closet. The living room also has sliding glass doors to the patio. Rent includes water, trash, and sewer; the resident pays for gas, electricity, and internet. Columbus schools! The Enclave units are in buildings with a common hallway- 4 units on the top floor and four units on the bottom floor. All buildings have a locked entry door- all residents have a key to their building door. Visitors may use the intercom system to request access to the building from the resident. One designated parking space per unit- plenty of additional non-marked parking on the property. 2184 B is vacant and will be ready to rent on March 23. We require the new resident to see it before submitting an application. We can hold it up to three weeks from the time of application, provided a signed lease agreement is in place.
