The bedrooms boast newly refinished hardwood floors, a full wall of large closets and ceiling fans. The primary has a private bathroom and additional nook that can be an open office space or extra storage. The living room is very large with wood-like floors. There is a mini-split air conditioner and heater in the living room and a wall unit air conditioner in the primary bedroom. The hallway has built in storage cabinets and drawers, leading to the second bath. There is a security door at both the front and back of the property. The unit is upstairs off a common area patio and there is a fee based washer and dryer in the downstairs common area. There are only 4 residential rental properties in the building. An open alley parking space available for rent for an additional $100. Applicant must have a fairly good payment history, good rental references and no evictions or criminal records. There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the property and no pets are allowed. $2,200 rent and $2,600 security deposit.
