Property is a non-smoking property; however smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas of the property, not including the garage interior. Parking of recreational vehicles, boats, and other wheeled special purpose vehicles is not permitted in the uncovered driveway area. However, parking of such vehicles fully inside the garage is permitted. Above ground pools, tubs, saunas, gazebos, shade structures, and all similar items must have prior Landlord approval before being erected or put into use.
