    This is a 3BR/1BA raised ranch home in Chassell has a newer attached two-car garage. Main house has 100A breaker panel, with small fuse panel in garage; home also has a newer standby Generac generator (2022)! Some newer engineered wood floors in livingroom and bedroom. The three bedrooms are all on the main floor. The bathroom was redone with nice ceramic tile and rain head shower setup a few years ago.
