Kitchen has granite tile flooring and slate tile back splash. High efficiency Ruud natural gas forced air furnace and central air with touch-screen thermostat controls. Separate electric AC/heat unit (mini-split) for third bedroom for more customized control. Upstairs bath offers ceramic tiles and curved shower curtain. All switch covers and outlets in the home are brushed stainless steel. Elegant front door with Baldwin lock. Privacy and split-rail fencing. 10' x 16' Gambrel Barn/Shed/Workshop.
